Frequently Asked Questions
Does The Creative Well take direct payments from health insurance companies?
The Creative Well does not take direct payments from insurance companies. However, many of our clients are able to claim back their packages or sessions, depending on the level of their cover, or what modalities are covered.
What are the costs of therapies and packages?
This will be discussed with you once we have established what your needs are on the free 15 minute ‘Discovery Call’.
How do I pay?
The clinic is cashless and paperless. Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayPal. We take payments in advance to ensure that we can allocate our diary correctly and confirm packages and appointments. We have a strict cancellation and reschedule policy in place due to our extremely busy schedule.
Are you seeing people in person?
We are seeing people in person, but we are limiting the number of in-person appointments to three people daily, in order to fully sanitise the space.
What precautions do you take in your clinic?
Your safety is paramount to us. We wear a mask and test regularly. We have an extremely well-ventilated space, and vaporise antimicrobial essential oils. We ensure all clients have filled out a screening questionnaire so we can assess if an appointment needs to be converted to video.
I live abroad do I have to come to the Surrey Hills or to the Hollywood Hills for my appointments when is the clinic open?
Most of our clients are international, and as such, we are adept at seeing clients via Zoom and arranging for physical examinations to be carried out at local clinics. We use various providers for supplements and herbs and most can post internationally. Please note that we are not responsible for customs delays or charges if you order from outside the UK.
Can I get an appointment in the evening or at the weekend?
Clinic days are Monday to Friday. General hours for appointments are 10am to 9pm. We work in various time zones and endeavour to be as flexible as possible to accommodate appointments both earlier and later. In exceptional circumstances you may be seen on a Saturday. The clinic is typically closed at the weekend but Nadine will respond to email or telephone should you need additional support.
